Customs Assistance Centres (CADs) facilitate operations for businesses engaged in international trade by providing specialised assistance and consultancy in managing customs procedures and tax compliance. In compliance with current regulations, CADs perform various activities, including: CADs must be established by customs brokers registered with the Professional Register for at least three years. Authorization to operate is granted by the competent Regional Directorate of the Customs Agency, which regulates activities and establishes the jurisdiction of each CAD.
