The Carioni Charity Team stands alongside Afro Med Association in the “Trees for People” project, promoted together with Nzatu in the Namwala region of Zambia.
It is a regenerative agriculture and beekeeping initiative created to protect the area’s biodiversity through a sustainable food production model that respects natural resources and wildlife habitats.
The project also helps combat poaching and create new sources of income for local rural communities, offering young people job opportunities in sustainable agriculture and beekeeping.
“Trees for People” was presented on June 18, 2026, in Salina, during the MareFestival – Premio Troisi.
